When I got to the Pause Pain & Wellness building, I was welcomed by the most polite, helpful lady. The lady that interviewed me was VERY knowledgeable. I didn’t expect that level of information from this center. The short time that I was there was VERY pleasant. That was because of the two wonderful ladies that I had the pleasure of meeting that day.

Very nice people at this location. The front office and the NP were very helpful. The NP reviewed all of the options and reviewed the state law do's and don't for having a medical card.

I had my first appointment here earlier this week and I was very impressed. The office was clean, organized, and the staff were very kind. I really like that they use the Athena Health portal just like my other doctors so all of my medical information is easily accessible. The NP was extremely knowledgeable and provided me a lot of literature about the medication to take home and read.

I was referred to this clinic by a current patient. To my surprise it was the easiest process I have ever completed. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and not once did I feel judged by anyone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I quickly got an appointment for the next day after calling. I registered and checked into my visit online prior to my appointment, and had minimal paper work to deal with during my visit. I didn’t have to wait long to see the provider, and my evaluation did not take long. Overall, it was a great experience.

Being a retired Army Veteran I have multiple illnesses that qualify for the program. Rachel quickly and efficiently processed me at the front desk earlier than my appointment time, which was fantastic. The wait time was minimal, and CNP Felicia was most informative. She had quickly reviewed my military VA records noting qualifying disabilities and described the program in detail. The overall experience was stress-free. She and Rachel we're even helpful after the visit when I called for assistance with submitting the application for the annual permit. Thank you for a job well done.

The staff and nurse practitioner Cassie are awesome. I booked my appt & filled out the patient information online. When I arrived I was called back within 5 minutes & when I got in the patient exam room Cassie came in within minutes. She already had my patient supporting files from my physicians office. WOW! When my consultation with Cassie was completed one of the staff members heped me fill out my online application with the MS Dept of Health. They said it would be approximately 10 days before I would receive my approved application by email from the state. My appt was Friday. MAY 12TH @ 2:15 and I received my approval on Monday the 15th at 11:18 am! That's just awesome!

Rachel and Felicia made the process less stressful as possible. Very helpful with information that was needed going forward. Glad I found this establishment for my medical card. Great job!
