Tupelo location. I had my appointment on December 1st around noon, and had my approval email the next day around noon. This whole process was so smooth. The staff was so helpful from beginning to end. They made sure to answer any questions that I had. Definitely recommend them to everyone!

Starkville location. I wanted to go with a 4.9 only based on aesthetics... Needs plants, artwork to absorb sound, maybe some fragrances, background sounds/music... and I'm a man in my 60's, so you know you must need it!! LOL but still serious!!

Dr Ryba listens to your concerns and takes your health problems seriously. She ran all the tests that I needed to address my concerns. And she found the solution for problems I’ve been dealing with for years. Other doctors refused to listen and refused to test my hormones. Absolutely love this doctor. And I absolutely love Doc ( the service dog)

Very quick and easy, I did my paperwork online before I had to come in so I wouldn’t have to do it when I got there. The practitioner was great and explained everything to me in a way I fully understood. Overall coming in I was nervous not knowing anything or expecting the worst, but it wasn’t everything was wrapped up in 10-15 mins and I feel a lot safer about the process moving forward.

Nurse Aleshia Rush at the Starkville, MS office is sweet. She explained everything thoroughly and had a genuine sense of caring. I did not feel as though I was just a number in their records, this meant the world to me. The gentleman at the front desk is very organized and ready when you walk in. Everyone at this Oxford location is absolutely amazing. My granddad has terminal cancer and is in a great deal of pain and is unable to walk into a dispensary. I needed a caregiver card quickly and Kirk, Callie, Allie, and Mel went above and beyond to get us taken care of in a time of desperation. They truly cared about our situation and took the time to counsel, recommend, and even walk me down to the dispensary to help when I wasn’t sure what to do. You absolutely cannot put a price tag on the care, time, and service I have received from this business to make such a hard time a little bit easier!!

Jenna and Mel at Oxford were wonderful! Jenna is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She's very dedicated to ensuring that you the patient gets the best treatment and works with you to keet your needs. Mel was quick and efficient getting me ready for the appointment.

When I got to the Pause Pain & Wellness building, I was welcomed by the most polite, helpful lady. The lady that interviewed me was VERY knowledgeable. I didn’t expect that level of information from this center. The short time that I was there was VERY pleasant. That was because of the two wonderful ladies that I had the pleasure of meeting that day.

Very nice people at this location. The front office and the NP were very helpful. The NP reviewed all of the options and reviewed the state law do's and don't for having a medical card.

The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. I really appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help and answer all my questions.

I had my first appointment here earlier this week and I was very impressed. The office was clean, organized, and the staff were very kind. I really like that they use the Athena Health portal just like my other doctors so all of my medical information is easily accessible. The NP was extremely knowledgeable and provided me a lot of literature about the medication to take home and read.
